Types of ground records
There are three types of land records.
- Town form 7 or VF7 is also called 7/12 (Satbara Utara). The recording number is obtained by VF7.
- VF 8A. Town Form 8A will assist in obtaining khata details.
- FF 6 or Village form 6 will record the daily changes maintained by the Talati.
- The mutation is issued to the citizen under 135 D.

- There are three options on the home page. Click on “View country records countryside”.
- You will then be redirected to a new page. There is a “choose someone” option that includes-

Here’s the procedure to check urban land records
- Log in to the AnyROR official website.
- There are three options on the home page. Click “View Country Records Urban”.
- The next page will be redirected.
- On the page there are different options under “choose one”

- Know recording number by owner name
- Monthly year entry list (details of year and month notes)
- Know recording number details by UPIN
- Next is to select the district, city survey office, ward, survey number and page number

Steps to checking Gujarat land records through property search
- To get the property details, first visit the AnyROR portal.
- Click on the “property search” option on the home page.
- A new page will be redirected, there will be several options. Choose the option you need- Property Wise

- After selecting the desired option, now select the district, sub-registrar, index-2 town, property / land type, search type, survey zone, applicant name, cell phone number and email ID.
- A verification code will be sent to the valid mobile number.
- After entering the mobile number, click on CERSAI Search to get all the required documents.

Procedure for submitting online applications to AnyROR Gujarat
On the AnyROR website, citizens can apply for premium payments, permissions and other services. The following steps must be followed to submit the application online
- First visit the official website of AnyROR.
- Click on the top menu showing ‘online application’
- The next step is to make the application. After clicking on the first option, select the purpose of the application. Various options will appear on the screen, such as obtaining permission to pay premiums, obtaining a non-agricultural permit, obtaining a certificate for honest industrial purposes, a certificate of authenticity from the farmer, an office-related application for city survey and more.
- After selecting the purpose of the application, now select the type of application, district name, taluka, town and enter the mobile number and email ID.
- The one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number.
- Now credentials are verified and the application is submitted.
