- Physical test for general service (DG)
- Height for male candidates: 170 cm
- Height for female candidates: 157 cm
- Breast only male candidates (Unbridled): 80 cm
- Breast only male candidates (Extended): 85 cm
Weight: For males and females in proportion to height and age according to medical standards

The minimum breast for all male applicants belonging to ST category will be 76 cm (minimum 5 cm extension).
The minimum breast of male applicants who fall into the category of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas and applicants belonging to the states of Assam, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kasmir will be 78 cm (minimum 5 cm extension). How to download assam rifles admit card ?
- Visit assamrifles.gov.in
Candidates must first visit the official Assam Rifles website www.assamrifles.gov.in to download their access card.
- Click on Download Admit Card
Here on the home page they will get the link to download the admit card, which they will have to click on.
- Fill Details
Now a new window will open in front of you, in which you have to enter the registration number, password and captcha code and click on login.
- Download
Once you click on it, the access card will appear on your screen, which you can download. Take a printout from the access card and keep it with you. Also read the guidelines given in the access card carefully.
- Take Print out and Carry it in exam
Carry this document while walking to the Exam Center While walking to the
exam center, definitely carry your admission card, Aadhar card and a passport size photo. If you have received the vaccination of Kovid-19, you can take the certificate with you. Go to the exam center with a mask and follow social distancing strictly.
